You will be given clues about the song, and you may see some of the lyrics to the song. You decide how many words you want to see, the more words you ask for, the lower your score will be. Then, you will be asked to type in the name of the song. You will be able to choose various levels of difficulty, the higher levels are worth more points. You will have 3 chances to guess the correct song title, each incorrect guess will subtract 100 points from the value of the song. Round one is over after you have tried 10 songs or named 6 songs correctly. If you name 6 songs correctly, you will advance on to the Bonus Round. In the Bonus Round, each song is worth 5000 points!
